Meet established quality standards for re-leasing, Perform technical and mechanical work, Timely turn of vacant apartment homes, Follow community's make-ready checklist, Properly caulk and seal around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers, Inspect all sheetrock for damage, Repair and/or replace sheetrock as needed, Perform touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units, Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, Pick up trash and debris, Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas, Perform general cleaning, Paint curbs and signage, Fix rather than replace parts when possible, Do not be wasteful with materials and supplies, Practice correct use for tools and equipment, Complete make-ready checklist, Complete all other required maintenance documentation, Comply with Greystar's safety and risk-management policies, Attend and participate in routine safety meetings, Complete required training on OSHA, Report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately, Demonstrate customer service skills, Treat residents and others with respect, Answer resident questions, Respond sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, Complete assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency, Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, Bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently, Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Work a flexible work schedule, Take call during evenings, weekends and holidays
