Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant, progressively complex work experience
Nice to Have
annual fund and/or major gifts experience
What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of 150-180 major giving prospects
solicit and steward individuals
Execute solicitations of annual unrestricted grantmaking foundations
briefings and reports
Record and track all donor activity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Director of Development and Development Assistant on strategies to engage donors and strengthen retention.
