In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Bendigo and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. About the role * Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sector * Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolio * Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty * Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner * Prepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs * Collaborate with internal teams * Support branch operations and contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives * Build and nurture local relationships that strengthen our market presence and reputation * Participate in industry events and networking opportunities ## Qualifications * Strong customer service focus and good communication skills * Basic numeracy and attention to detail * Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach * Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus We're looking for customer-focused team players who enjoy helping customers and working collaboratively to support our branch operations and help grow local relationships.
