High school education or equivalent or relevant work experience, Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment, Ability to accurately use measuring devices, Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, Ability to lift up to 150 with equipment assistance, Ability to push and pull up to 300 lbs., Ability to communicate effectively with associates, contractor personnel and client families, Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and multi-tasking, Basic computer skills to enable retrieving and responding to email communications

Perform maintenance and grounds keeping
Perform simple repairs and maintenance
Cut grass and maintain lawn
Clear debris and maintain drives/walkways
Erect tents and canopies
Arrange chairs for graveside ceremony
Assist with openings and closings
Arrange chapel for services
Prepare crypts for entombments
Operate backhoe to dig graves
Install grave markers
Install bronze memorials
Maintain and repair existing markers
Store equipment properly
Perform general maintenance of vehicles
Clean and maintain facility
Perform minor repairs
Ensure compliance with regulations
