Maintenance Training Instructor/Developer **Company:** The Boeing Company BGS has an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Training Instructor/Developer** to support multiple current and future Boeing programs. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance (SME) with experience as an aircraft mechanic. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored to commercial aircraft maintainers. This role requires an understanding of complex aircraft maintenance learning objectives, course structure, content, and methodologies. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective learning solutions to meet customer aircraft maintenance training requirements, instructing advanced training courses, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs based on customer feedback and operational outcomes. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Seattle facility, and this is primarily a 1st shift position, but occasional adjustments to support classes, meetings, workshops, and other needs are occasionally required, as is travel both domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. **Position Responsibilities:** * Identify and define customer technical training needs and requirements. * Develop technical training proposals. * Evaluate and determine training objectives, content, design, and technologies. * Use specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials. * Adjust work hours on occasion to support customer training. * Research, develop, deliver, and evaluate effectiveness of standard technical training. * Support developing and documenting training standards and specifications. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 3+ years’ experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance, and operations manuals. * 3+ years’ experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional sy
