Parsons makes the world a safer place.** **Project:** Parsons provides O&M and preventative maintenance services on the US Capitol Power Plant's (CPP’s) Utility Distribution System (UDS) in Washington, DC. This work includes inspection, maintenance, and repair services associated with steam and chilled water utilities serving 19 Capitol Hill facilities. **_Work hours are typically Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm._** **Opportunity:** The Maintenance Trades Helper assists one or more workers in the skilled maintenance trades by performing specific or general duties of lesser skill such as: keeping a worker supplied with materials and tools, cleaning & maintain egress entry points, providing radio communications with crew members, safely providing support for traffic lane closures, machine, and equipment; assisting journeyman by holding materials or tools; and performing other unskilled tasks as directed by journeyman.
