Must Have
Valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, High School Diploma or equivalent, One-year certificate from college or technical, Two years related experience

Ensure exterior curb appeal

Interpret company policies

Adhere to Injury and Illness Prevention Policy

Maintain records on hazardous materials
Maintain MSDS on hazardous materials
Ensure employees know precautions
Communicate maintenance problems
Communicate health deficiencies

Represent Sunrise Management professionally

Assist in promoting Sunrise Management

Participate in training seminars
