About this role: The Maintenance Technician plays a very important role in the organization by providing excellent resident services in addition to performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Supports and aids the Community Manager in all phases of the overall physical maintenance of an income-producing property. Hourly pay range: $20.00 - $24.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under the supervision of the Community Manager. Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial, and carpentry work as necessary. Ensure exterior curb appeal of the community and cleanliness of grounds. Walks the property several times a day and picks up new debris, including pet waste. Ensures pet stations are stocked and emptied at all times.
