What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years maintenance experience, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days, Valid driver's license, Dependable transportation
Nice to Have
Apartment maintenance experience preferred, Budget or basic business finance helpful
What You'll Do.
Assist in maintenance requests
Assist in preventative maintenance
Assist in amenity area maintenance
Complete maintenance work orders
Perform preventative maintenance work
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Resolve emergency maintenance requests
Prepare vacant apartments
Keep maintenance shop clean
Maintain adequate stock/inventory
Interact directly with residents
Make Customer Service a priority
Enter service requests
Monitor contractors work performance
Support Maintenance Manager
Meet budget responsibilities
Follow company policies
Promote company policies
Perform light cleaning duties
Maintain amenity areas
Communicate with residents
Communicate with prospects
Read resident requests
Read resident complaints
Listen to resident requests
