What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in fast paced manufacturing environment, Ability to understand and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments relating to product quality and equipment repair, good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues
Nice to Have
Certifications preferred but not required, Knowledge and experience with PLCs, drives are preferred, Experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder preferred, Forklift experience training will be provided
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Maintain production machines and facility equipment
Inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance
Update maintenance tracking system
Identify and recommend corrections on electrical issues
Ensure machine productivity and quality
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Respond quickly to issues or concerns
Rectify immediate dangers
Maintain building safety and appearance
Communicate existing and potential issues
