Up to $980 based on property and team performance (Quarterly bonus)

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience, willingness to train and work towards getting certified (HVAC), customer service mindset, pride in your work, Ability to work independently, reliable team player, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, Reliable transportation, Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.), Ability to drive a golf cart, Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work indoors/outdoors year-round, Ability to climb stairs and ladders, Experience using hand and power tools, Background check required
Nice to Have
EPA certification (Type II or Universal), hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience

Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain the overall appearance of the community
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
