Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, On-call pay: $150/week, Additional $150 per holiday on-call, Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, Physical ability to work indoors/outdoors year-round, Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience, Willing to train and work towards getting certified (HVAC), Customer service mindset, Pride in your work, Ability to work independently, Reliable team player, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, Prioritizing tasks, Reliable transportation, Comfortable using computers and mobile devices, Ability to drive a golf cart, Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, Work indoors/outdoors year-round, Ability to climb stairs and ladders, Experience using hand and power tools, Background check required
Nice to Have
EPA certification (Type II or Universal), Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience
