What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience, customer service mindset, pride in your work, Ability to work independently, reliable team player, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, Reliable transportation, Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.), Ability to drive a golf cart, Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work indoors/outdoors year-round, Ability to climb stairs and ladders, Experience using hand and power tools, Background check required
Nice to Have
EPA certification (Type II or Universal), hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience, willing to train and work towards getting certified for HVAC
