**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician IV - Back Half Night Shift **Job Description:** **Maintenance Technician** Our site in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a SR Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technicians at this facility perform a variety of tasks including the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure. Key focus will be on safety, production equipment uptime and reliability, preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, identifying preventative maintenance opportunities for recurrent failures, process improvements, and support with capital and engineering projects. **The schedule for this opening is 5:30PM-6:00AM Thursday - Saturday, rotating Wednesdays (D Shift).** **What You’ll Do:** * Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production and facilities equipment as required and document work completed. * Provide repairs of production equipment and troubleshoot equipment to resolve issues in a timely fashion. * Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals. * Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations. * Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment. * Identify areas to improve or create PM procedures to reduce equipment failures. * Work as a team or independently as the tasks require. * Support projects and help improve the manufacturing process. * Support site facility infrastructure repair and maintenance such as minor painting, plumbing, and carpentry. * Assist in the installation of minor building infrastructure. * Recognize and resolve safety-related issues with factory equipment or building maintenance. * Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions. * Establish and ensure compliance
