Our development programs are also delivering thousands of new rental homes and apartments as part of our commitment to help solve the housing supply shortage. **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage and complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. NO ON-CALL!! This position is servicing our Residents single-family rental homes and the employee is provided a work van that goes home with them nightly. Valid drivers license is required. We also run a Motor Vehicle Record upon hire to check driving record of the past 3 years to be insured through our provider, so need to have very few traffic violations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.
