What You'll Achieve.
ensure that all equipment in the distribution center facility is maintained properly; ensure that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency; drive successful implementation of team objectives; ensure target achievements in technical/maintenance support

Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift, Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift, Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift, Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift, Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to dust, fumes and gases, Willingness and ability to be equipment certified
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, 5+ years in a facility maintenance position, 2+ years in electrical repair, 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs
Maintain facility equipment

Prioritize and schedule equipment repairs
Schedule Preventative Maintenance
Assist in determining needs for equipment
Evaluate equipment failures
Provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs
Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact service level agreements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with leadership in daily support to internal customers and the maintenance team; Prioritize and schedule equipment repairs and Preventative Maintenance, in collaboration with the management team; Partner with leadership to drive successful implementation of team objectives; Collaborate with Engineering and vendors to ensure target achievements in technical/maintenance support
Communication Scope
Effectively communicate technical/automation needs and concerns to internal and external customers
