Must Have
3-5 years general maintenance experience, HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification, Clear communication skills, Knowledge of key management, Knowledge of safety procedures, Record of punctuality, Dependability, Ability to work with pressure, Flexible schedule, Valid driver’s license, Demonstrated ability to access computer programs, Ability to stand 8 hours, Lift up to 100 lbs
Nice to Have
Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Intention to obtain CPO within six months

Respond to maintenance requests
Respond to repair requests
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Prepare apartments for turnovers
Request required supplies
