We have an opportunity for a **Maintenance Technician II** to join our **Delavan, WI** team. You will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will utilize preventative maintenance processes on all production equipment to maintain minimal interruptions to production. In addition, you will work with limited supervision and assist with the training of Junior Technicians. **You will:** * Complete preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance on various production machines, including CNC Machines, Injection Molding Machines, and Custom Pump and Electrical Test Stands. * Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. * Perform intermediate-level repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. * Independently troubleshoot and perform repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. * Address issues related to basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. * Maintain and document spare parts inventory to minimize downtime effectively. * Identify and source necessary components and supplies. * Participate in LEAN activities, including but not limited to Kaizens, RCCM, 5-whys, and A3s, to improve downtime trends and reduce cost. * Assist with the training an
