Associate Degree in Technical Field, 2 years experience in facilities/plant maintenance, minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in a facilities/plant environment, knowledge of Utility, Boiler, HVAC, and Air Compressor systems and codes

Clean and lubricate shafts
Install and repair electrical components
