**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Safeguard the plant assets. * Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance tasks. * Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities. * Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through the development of new technologies. * Participate in customer audits, meeting the established standards and assigned requirements for each of them according to Vibracoustic's systems. * Comply with the procedures, work instructions, and activities of the Quality Management System in accordance with our standards ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001. * Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and its work areas through 5S programs and the implementation of TPM in the areas where required. * Promote and generate energy-saving projects, spare parts management, downtime reduction, productivity increase, quality claim reduction, process improvement, etc. * Handle hazardous chemicals and their waste in accordance with plant guidelines. * Execute their activities in a professional and responsible manner, as well as seek definitive solutions to the problems encountered on the machine. # Qualifications: * Technician or engineer electromechanical, mechatronic, industrial maintenance, electrical or related field. * 3 years in the maintenance department of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, injection molding machines, polyurethane processes, process automation. * Automation, Electronics, Electricity, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Maintenance Management. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
