What You'll Do.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC
and building systems.
Service specialty equipment (air compressors

Follow cleanroom and lab protocols while conducting maintenance tasks.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician (DoD Skillbridge Program) will join our Facility Operations team for an internship that bridges military experience with civilian maintenance careers. The program provides a structured, hands‑on training curriculum that builds proficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building upkeep, and specialized aerospace equipment (air compressors, vacuum systems, environmental test units). Interns will learn to manage work orders, coordinate vendors, maintain accurate logs, and work safely in cleanroom and production environments, preparing them for immediate employment in aerospace, defense, or facilities‑management roles.
