_**Job Requisition**_ JR23713 _**Worker Time Type**_ Full time _**Worker Sub-Type**_ Regular ** _Shift_** ** _Job Description_** ** _POSITION PURPOSE:_** This role accelerates business value by operations lead and apprentice level maintenance person with advanced maintenance responsibilities for the reliable operation and maintenance of the plant’s manufacturing, processing systems and physical property. Included activities are operating equipment, completing preventive maintenance, trouble shooting equipment, identification and usage of proper tooling, and completing small physical property repairs. Demonstrates our “True North” attributes: voice of the customer, respect for the individual, no nonsense communication and utilization of facts, servant leadership and has a continuous improvement mindset in every facet of leadership and daily interaction. Leads, collaborates and demonstrates the lean principles and utilizes the lean methodologies and tools to facilitate continuous process improvements and value creation for our customers, employees and shareholders. Actively utilizes lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3, etc.) to inform and assess business opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities. **_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_** * Monitor all equipment on a daily basis. May be responsible for operating processing machinery and repair of equipment in the facility. * Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment; troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment. * Basic understanding and application of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for the proper maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment. * Ensures that manufacturing equipment is functional and supplies are ready. * Tests production quality by visually inspecting ice for clarity, cube size, and hole space. * Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis and countermeasure implementation. * Minor facility and building
