Reporting to the supervisor, this position focuses on maximizing equipment quality, uptime, rate, and yield. This role is ideal for individuals with strong electrical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. **What You’ll Do** * Perform electrical maintenance on production equipment while following all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols * Verify all guards and safety devices are properly installed and functional before returning equipment to operation * Monitor inventory levels of parts, equipment, and supplies; place orders and verify receipts as needed * Utilize manual and computerized maintenance management systems to track, inspect, and report equipment status * Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment and machinery * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and quality issues, escalating concerns when necessary * Perform breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and changeover tasks on production equipment * Identify and
