Must Have

This position focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, quality, rate, and yield through effective electrical and mechanical maintenance practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical aptitude, advanced troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a heavy manufacturing environment. **What You’ll Do** * Perform electrical maintenance on production equipment while following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). * Verify all guards and safety devices are installed and functioning before returning equipment to operation. * Monitor inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies and place orders as needed. * Utilize manual and computerized maintenance management systems to inspect, track, and report equipment status. * Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and repair machinery. * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and quality-related issues, escalating when necessary. * Perform breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment changeovers. * Identify and report safety, quality, operational, or output issues when unable to correct independently. * Observe mechan
