What You'll Do.
Complete assigned work orders
Diagnose defect or problem
Complete make-ready process
Prepare vacant apartment homes
Complete pre-move-out inspection
Schedule vendors and contractors
Obtain needed supplies and materials
Complete all maintenance tasks
Inspect completed work
Follow procedures for accessing materials
Notify supervisor about re-ordering needs
Complete documentation and paperwork
Pick up trash and debris
Pressure-wash breezeways and pool areas
Perform general cleaning
Paint curbs and signage
Support cost-cutting programs
Fix rather than replace parts
Do not be wasteful with materials
Practice correct use for tools
Comply with safety policies
Attend safety meetings
Complete required training
Report accidents and incidents
Inspect work performed by contractors
and services meet quality standards
Assist in conducting property inspections
Identify safety and risk management concerns
Keep property in good repair
Communicate concerns about physical needs
