High school diploma or GED, Previous facilities maintenance experience, General maintenance experience, Custodial support experience, Technical training in mechanical systems, Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, Hands-on experience with electrical systems, Hands-on experience with building systems, Valid driver's license, Ability to operate company vehicles, Ability to maintain CPR training, Ability to maintain First Aid training, Ability to maintain AED training

What You'll Do.
Perform routine lighting maintenance
Perform routine lighting repairs
Troubleshoot lighting systems
Complete basic plumbing tasks
Replace faucet components
Maintain restroom fixtures
Assemble office furniture
Adjust office furniture
Repair office furniture
Perform minor carpentry projects
Replace ceiling tiles
Complete simple power installations
Complete CAT6 cabling installations
Conduct building inspections
Inspect life-safety equipment
Support health standards
Support safety standards
Support appearance standards
Maintain clean environment
Assist with event setups
Assist with office moves
Assist with workstation reconfigurations
Assist with vendor support
Perform basic groundskeeping tasks
Water seasonal plantings
Pressure wash surfaces
Support snow removal operations
