Must Have
1-2 years Commercial Building Operations experience, Sufficient computer skills for engineering programs, Read equipment instruction manuals, Understand power tool usage, Compute basic mathematical equations, Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, Maintain calm demeanor in emergencies, Understand and apply safety equipment usage, Meet shift working requirements, Work overtime as needed, Knowledge of HVAC systems, Knowledge of electrical systems, Knowledge of plumbing systems, Knowledge of hydraulic systems

1-2 years Property Management experience, 1-2 years related industry experience

Assist with preventive maintenance
Assist with repairs on mechanical systems
Assist with repairs on electrical systems
Assist with repairs on plumbing systems
Assist with repairs on HVAC systems
Perform general repairs on building components
Perform maintenance on building components
Perform replacement of building components
Apply knowledge in HVAC distribution
Apply knowledge in HVAC controls
Adjust HVAC distribution
Take corrective actions for work orders
Participate in water treatment programs
Maintain operation logs
Maintain operation files
Provide customer service
Develop understanding of fire alarm systems
Develop understanding of life safety systems
Adhere to policies and procedures
Safely perform all duties
Actively participate in training
