John Crane Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the facility in Shannon, which manufactures welded metal bellows. This is an excellent opportunity for a fitter, Toolmaker, Industrial Electrician to join a leading player in the industry to gain best practice experience covering all aspects of engineering incorporating: industrial, manufacturing, reliability, and process engineering. Overview The current maintenance team maintain and repair CNC lathes, Hydraulic Press machines, waterjet cutting machine, manual lathes and grinding machines, lapping machines, Tig, plasma and laser welding machines. As well as maintaining equipment and the facility services the maintenance team also fabricate and build there own welding machines to produce welded metal Bellows this will develop the successful candidates experience with electrics, pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Automation Cobot & Robotics, plc programming, vision control systems
