Identify maintenance concerns

Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Maintain appearance of common areas

Assist with leaf blowing
Assist with debris removal
Assist with general property upkeep
Support preventive maintenance projects
Support routine community maintenance
Safely operate maintenance tools
Safely operate maintenance equipment
Communicate maintenance concerns
Communicate project updates
Coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with onsite staff
Ensure work completed safely
Respond professionally to resident requests
