What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Exemplary customer service skills, professional and groomed appearance, calm and capable demeanour, positive and proactive approach, ability to work independently, ability to work as part of a team, Physical competence to complete strenuous tasks, ability up to lift 35lbs, attention to detail, willingness to work evenings and weekends, A valid BC Class 5 Driver's License, eligibility for a BC Class 5 driver’s license, minimum of two years of clean driving experience in their home country, ability to make a commitment to the position
Nice to Have
Prior maintenance and housekeeping experience, A passion for gardening, landscaping, and the art of preventative maintenance
What You'll Do.
Ensure efficient and personalized guest service
Be responsible for the daily maintenance of guestrooms
Be responsible for the daily maintenance of public spaces
Be responsible for landscaping duties
Be responsible for general grounds work
Handle project work such as painting
Handle project work such as carpentry
Handle project work such as equipment maintenance
Be responsible for Interior and Exterior building maintenance
Assist in helping to maintain a schedule-based program of preventative maintenance
Handle equipment maintenance including bicycle fleet upkeep
Manage furniture restoration and repair
Work in the outdoors for a variety of tasks
