What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 3+ years in a skilled maintenance work, Willingness to work in a team setting and willing to respond immediately to emergency situations and concerns, Experience using work order, fire and life safety, alarm and other facility management software and building control systems, Basic proficiency in the use of software systems and ability to use applications on desktop and mobile devices, Knowledge and experience in more than one of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, and heating/cooling (HVAC) systems, Ability to work outdoors the majority of the day, Attend and complete all required training including OSHA trainings, This is a field position that requires walking and driving properties, twisting, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs. and climbing fixed ladders to access roofs and extension ladders during the course of completing work assignments, Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, management, contractors, and vendors, Requires a valid Tennessee driver’s license, good driving record, ability to travel to multiple properties and adherence to company policies with vehicle usage

What You'll Do.

performing property inspections
recommending solutions to customers
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers
coordinating walkthroughs
move-outs and required annual inspections
and recommend maintenance operations
Proactively perform property inspections to identify inconsistencies regarding the grounds
risk management/safety requirements (OSHA)
landscaping and general appearance
work with RECX Managers to implement corrective measures as necessary
and documenting all work being performed by vendors
alerting the Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur
Report safety issues immediately and recommend solutions
Ensure safe and proper storage of all Prologis issued supplies
Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition
