About the Role: The Preventive Maintenance Technician performs routine, non-specialized HVAC and Refrigeration preventive maintenance and inspections to support system performance and longevity. This position focuses on cleaning, filter replacement, visual inspections, basic operational checks, and coordination with licensed HVAC and Refrigeration contractors for repairs beyond basic maintenance. What You’ll Do: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and fan coils.
