Troubleshoot and repair systems
Accommodate rotating on-call schedule, Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays, Use of ladders to access heights, Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, Ability to personally perform general maintenance repair tasks, Frequent bending and stooping
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, At least one year maintenance experience, Must live within 30 miles of assigned property, Must have reliable transportation, Ability to work a varied schedule, Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems
Nice to Have
EPA certification Type and II preferred, Experience in the apartment industry preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance tasks
Complete service requests and repairs
Monitor inventory of equipment
Maintain customer service standards
Comply with personnel management policies
clean and safe work area
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
Communicate effectively with residents
vendors and supervisors
Adhere to budget guidelines
Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program
Maintain a hazard communications program
and other community features
Ensure adherence to company safety and hazard communications
Maintain community physical condition
Ensure excellent curb appeal
Assist residents with move-in/move-out process
Perform maintenance/repair-related turn events
Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
Address complaints and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records
Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning
Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
Maintain chemical logs
Participate in on-call rotation
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities
