Troubleshoot and repair
Accommodate a rotating on-call schedule, Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays, Transport or move up to 50 pounds, Use of ladders to access heights, Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, Ability to personally perform general maintenance repair tasks without endangering self or others
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, At least one year maintenance experience, Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property, Must have reliable transportation, Ability to work a varied schedule, Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems
Nice to Have
EPA certification Type and II preferred, Apartment industry experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance tasks
Complete service requests and repairs
Monitor inventory of equipment
Maintain customer service standards
Comply with personnel management policies
Maintain an organized
clean and safe work area
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
Communicate effectively with residents
vendors and supervisors
Adhere to budget guidelines
Maintain an effective preventative maintenance program
Maintain a hazard communications program
and community features
Ensure adherence to safety and hazard communications programs
Maintain physical condition of the community
Ensure excellent curb appeal
Assist residents with move-in/move-out process
Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn
Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment
Address complaints and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records
Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office
Assist in daily cleanup of the exterior of
Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities
