Troubleshoot and repair
On-call rotation, Varied schedule including weekends and holidays, Transport or move up to 50 pounds, Use of ladders to access heights, Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, Ability to personally perform general maintenance repair tasks without endangering themselves, residents or fellow employees, Frequent bending and/or stooping
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year maintenance experience, Live within 30 miles, Reliable transportation, Ability to work varied schedule, Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and all other systems
Nice to Have
Apartment industry experience preferred, EPA certification Type and II preferred
What You'll Do.
Complete service requests and repairs
Monitor inventory of equipment
Maintain customer service standards
Comply with personnel management policies
clean and safe work area
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
Communicate with residents
vendors and supervisors
Adhere to budget guidelines
Maintain preventative maintenance program
Maintain hazard communications program
and community features
Ensure adherence to safety and hazard communications programs
Maintain physical condition of the community
Ensure excellent curb appeal
Assist residents with move-in/move-out process
Schedule and perform maintenance/repair-related turn events
Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
Address complaints and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records
Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning
Assist in daily cleanup of exterior property
Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
Maintain chemical logs
Participate in on-call rotation
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities
