What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year maintenance experience, Live within 30 miles, Reliable transportation, Accommodate rotating on-call schedule, Work varied schedule, Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, Troubleshoot and repair electrical, Troubleshoot and repair appliances, Troubleshoot and repair all systems
Nice to Have
EPA certification Type and II preferred, Experience in apartment industry
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance tasks
Complete service requests
