What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, At least one year maintenance experience, Must live within 30 miles, Must have reliable transportation, Ability to work a varied schedule, Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, Ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances, Ability to troubleshoot and repair all systems
Nice to Have
Apartment industry experience preferred, EPA certification Type and II preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance tasks
Complete service requests
Assist with inventory monitoring
Maintain customer service standards
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule
Communicate with residents
