High school diploma or GED required, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred, Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment, Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics, communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and within a team environment, Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, Ability to work in manufacturing and warehouse environments with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving machinery, Ability to work flexible hours or overtime when needed
Nice to Have
Technical school, trade certification, or maintenance experience preferred, Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred, Welding and fabrication experience is a plus, Preventive maintenance planning, Industrial electrical troubleshooting, HVAC maintenance, Manufacturing equipment maintenance, CMMS software experience, Heavy Equipment Operation (forklift, scissor lift, etc. ), Basic fabrication and welding, safety mindset

This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently. **Job Summary:** The **Maintenance Technician** is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and warehouse equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations. This role supports production uptime by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment failures, and assisting with facility improvement projects throughout the manufacturing campus. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or warehouse environment and possesses strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. **Job Duties:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues * Repair and maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, dock doors and levelers, conveyor systems, production equipment, electrical systems and lighting, plumbing
