Oversee, an award winning vacation rental management company on 30A, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with ensuring the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a team effectively. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. $55,000 + $6,000 incentive. ### Responsibilities * Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards. * Diagnose and repair in-home issues, such as HVAC malfunctions, appliance repairs, ensuring timely and effective solutions. * Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed using Breezeway. * Communicate work progress in Breezeway, ensuring accurate tracking of billable items and hours, and coordinate with coworkers to prioritize maintenance tasks. * Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively. * Assist other maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development. * Communicate with coworkers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration across the organization. **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, preferably within the vacation rental industry. * Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques * Experience in leading a team of technicians * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **Benefits** * Health Care Plan (Medical, Den
