In addition we offer: * 3 weeks PTO * Annual education allowance of up to $1,000 * Referral program * Commuting Support * Residential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employment * Friends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the company **What Will You Do?** * Ensures that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally. * Completes diagnoses and repairs in the areas of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, dry wall, exterior of building and grounds. * Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance on all building equipment. * Ensures all unit turnovers are completed in a timely and efficient manner. * Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guest to promote a quality living experience for all guest. * Provides on-call services when scheduled to perform emergency maintenance work. * Oversees contractor work for proper completeness. * Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property. * Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws. * Performs other duties as assigned. **What You Bring.** * High school diploma/GED. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft office, etc.) * Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. * Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. * Must work well in a team environment. * 2 years of building maintenance or experience in a related field preferred. * HCAV, Appliance, or Electrical cer
