Physical & Work Environment Requirements, Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods, Frequent use of hands for tools and equipment operation, Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Exposure to: Industrial noise (hearing protection required), Exposure to: Chemicals such as fuels, cleaners, and lubricants, Employment is subject to pre-employment physical, drug-screening and background investigation.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1–2 years of maintenance or related technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and training, Basic knowledge of: Electrical systems Plumbing and HVAC Mechanical systems and preventative maintenance principles, Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn maintenance software systems, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Safety procedures and maintenance instructions, Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios) for measurements and calculations, attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations, Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team, Regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods, Frequent use of hands for tools and equipment operation, Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Exposure to: Industrial noise (hearing protection required), Exposure to: Chemicals such as fuels, cleaners, and lubricants

Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM)

Install and repair electrical components (wiring

Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Repair and replace gauges

and related equipment

Maintain building infrastructure and systems including: Plumbing

and ventilation systems Doors

and general structural components

Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry

Operate shop equipment and tools (after proper training)

Safely operate hoists and forklifts as needed
