What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Electrical Foundation, Electrical Schematics - Valves, Meters, Presssure gagues, Good knowledge of eletrcial systems, computer control systems and components, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, Boiler Knowledge, Valid Drivers License, High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade, Proficient skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, Knowledge of hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude, knowledge of pumps, electric motors, electrical circuits, mechanical drive systems, gas and steam operated systems and belt drive equipment, Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit, Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, interpersonal skills, Ability to follow written instructions

Complete service calls
Complete assigned work orders
Clean surrounding area
Fill out daily Engineering report
Replace air filters on AC units
Perform preventive maintenance on laundry equipment
Maintain maintenance records
Maintain laundry carts
Operate small hand tools
Develop additional skills
Repair laundry equipment
Handle test equipment
