Responsibilities: * Handle maintenance needs for the community, including work orders, emergency calls, repairs, and preventative upkeep. * Prepare vacant units to rent‑ready condition through repairs, cleaning, and system checks. * Maintain property areas such as pools, amenity spaces, grounds, and equipment, keeping everything clean, orderly, and functional. * Communicate with residents professionally by addressing requests, resolving issues quickly, and supporting community events. * Organize and document work by keeping the shop stocked, logging service requests, and tracking contractor performance. * Support overall operations by following company policies, assisting with budgets, and performing light cleaning when needed. #PIQ ## Qualifications Requirements: * Bring 1–3 years’ maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills; apartment maintenance background preferred. * Hold or obtain refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) within 90 days and maintain a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. * Meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, moving 75–300+ lb appliances with a hand truck, climbing 40‑ft ladders, and performing repairs requiring bending, kneeling, and extended exertion. * Move heavy equipment and appliances across units, up stairs, and within laundry rooms for repairs
