Responsibilities: * Assist with all maintenance needs including resident work orders, emergency calls, preventive maintenance, amenity upkeep, and preparing vacant units. * Maintain property standards by keeping shops organized, managing inventory, performing light cleaning when needed, and ensuring all amenity areas remain clean and operational. * Support operations through accurate logging of work orders, updating databases, monitoring contractor performance, and assisting the Maintenance Manager with budget responsibilities. * Provide resident-focused service by communicating professionally, resolving requests promptly, delivering notices, and helping set up or clean up resident events. * Uphold company expectations by following policies, maintaining a clean uniform and appearance, handling complaints calmly, and prioritizing customer service at all time #PIQ ## Qualifications Requirements: * Bring 1–3 years of maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills; refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) required within 90 days; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Use essential tools and equipment including hand tools, testing devices, hand‑trucks, and ladders up to 40 feet. * Meet core physical demands such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs on wheel
