Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or process engineering (Additional 8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree), 2 to 4 years related engineering experience or Army Watercraft experience, At least 4 years of Ship Repair experience or Shipboard experience in Army/Naval Service, Experienced and knowledge with all facets of Integrated Support for shipboard Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Systems (HM&E), Electronics Systems, Combat Systems or marine systems, Working knowledge of Army watercraft Standard items, General Specs for Overhaul of Surface Ships and familiarity with Army Ship Tech Manual, Must be a citizen of the United States of America and be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)

Ability to read and interpret various ship drawings for SLEP Systems, Electronics Systems or Combat Systems, Landing Craft Utility (LCU) experience as Watercraft Maintenance officer, Understanding of Army maritime operations and vessel operations, 8 years of ship repair experience, Knowledgeable with Landing Craft, Utility (LCU) Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) equipment, Army watercraft maintenance officer, vessel chief engineer, vessel assistant chief engineer
