Your role centers on performing comprehensive repairs and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural building components while ensuring client safety and comfort remain paramount. You'll manage service requests, coordinate vendor relationships, and maintain detailed records through our CMMS system, all while demonstrating the professionalism and technical expertise that reflects JLL's commitment to world-class facility management. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical skills across diverse building systems while directly contributing to client satisfaction and property performance. ## What your day-to-day will look like: **Building Systems Maintenance:** Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems including filter and belt changes, execute minor electrical repairs and re-lamping, handle plumbing maintenance, and maintain hardware, signage, doors, locks, and building components for optimal facility functionality. **Facility Improvement Projects:** Replace ceiling tiles, perform painting and minor carpentry, install wall hangings, repair flooring and roofing, and support incremental moves by relocating furni
