Must Have
1+ years' experience as Maintenance Technician, Experience with plumbing, Experience with HVAC, Experience with appliance repairs, Knowledge of plumbing, Knowledge of HVAC, Knowledge of appliance repairs, Must respond to after-hour emergencies, Participate in on-call rotation
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs, Basic knowledge of electrical repairs, Experience with electrical repairs
What You'll Do.
Complete assigned work orders
Perform preventative maintenance
Diagnose source of defect
Follow procedures for materials
Notify supervisor about re-ordering needs
Perform general community maintenance
Perform facilities maintenance
Promote positive resident relations
Assist with inspections
Assist with upkeep of property
Assist with upkeep of common areas
Follow preventative maintenance schedule
Perform maintenance tasks
Serve as resource for management
Assist in developing efficient methods
Assist in communicating efficient methods
Participate in after-hour coverage
Participate in emergency coverage
