2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, Ability to use a variety of mechanical tools, Ability to use electronic test equipment, Organized and keep accurate records, Experience with handling hazardous materials, Experience using proper safety protocols, Communicate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, Comfortable using PCs, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, May be required to lift moderately heavy instruments (up to 50 lbs) on a weekly basis, Must have a reasonable level of manual dexterity

Maintain coating manufacturing equipment
Coordinate PM schedules with engineering
Coordinate PM schedules with materials supervisor
Assist in other areas of facilities
Perform weekly preventive maintenance on vacuum deposition systems
Replace coating components
Replace critical parts
Disassemble reactor chambers
Manage and control external rework and refurbishment process
Inspect and document equipment condition before maintenance
Inspect and document equipment condition after maintenance
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
Handle and install coating precursors
Follow best practices in vacuum technology
Follow cleanroom procedures
Identify tool-related emergencies
Respond to tool-related emergencies
Resolve tool-related emergencies
Minimize equipment downtime

Owns outcomes in a defined area.Maintain coating manufacturing equipment with logs/schedules/spare parts/etc to eliminate downtime * Coordinate PM schedules with engineering and materials supervisor * Assist in other areas of facilities as required with facilities supervisor * Perform weekly preventive maintenance on vacuum deposition systems following established schedules and intervals * Replace coating components and other critical parts * Disassemble reactor chambers and ensure the external rework and refurbishment process is properly managed and controlled * Inspect and document equipment condition before and after maintenance * Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly when handling and installing coating precursors * Follow best practices in vacuum technology and cleanroom procedures * Assist in identifying, responding to, and resolving tool-related emergencies to minimize equipment downt
