What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, Must be able to use a variety of hand and power tools and precision measuring, Must have knowledge of electrical wiring repairs and installations, AC/DC controls and schematic diagrams, PIT and scissor lift OSHA certification required, Solid computer skills with ability to input/export information into a CMMS

Nice to Have

food manufacturing background preferred, At least 2 years of electrical or programming experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Comply with all environmental laws and regulations

Perform work in accordance with all quality systems requirements

Conduct routine safety checks on production equipment

Maintain production-related equipment

Install new production equipment

Provide guidance and training to machine operators

Read and interpret equipment manuals

Execute Preventative Maintenance Plans

Maintain records of PMs and emergency work

Identify needed spare parts

Keep facility in good working order

Coordinate work orders for facility improvements

Oversee contractors conducting facility repairs

Document work related to facility improvements

Maintain records of equipment for compliance

Make maintenance shop audit ready

Keep shop tools and spare parts organized

Communicate proactively with Maintenance Manager

Work under pressure during emergencies

Work with a sense of urgency

Prioritize work orders

Accurately predict time to complete work orders

Communicate progress and expected completion dates

Enforce policies throughout the facility

Support food safety system (SQF)

Support quality programs
