MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical tasks to ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance. Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs. Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants. Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Maintaining documentation. Assisting in grounds upkeep. Supporting cost-cutting efforts. Participating in safety protocols. This position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
